摘要:
目的 探讨安置埋藏式起搏器的患者同时行冠状动脉造影（CAG）的安全性。方法 收集我院2006年1月~2007年3月58例埋藏式起搏器安置患者资料，以是否同时行CAG分为造影组22例与非造影组36例，观察冠心病在缓慢型心律失常患者中的比例，以及起搏器囊袋出血情况。结果 造影组22例患者中16例为冠心病，占73%。 起搏器安置的囊袋出血情况，造影组为4例占18%,非造影组为6例占17%,无显著差异。结论 埋藏式起搏器安置术同时行CAG没有增加囊袋出血,两者同时进行是安全的。
Abstract:
AIM To evaluate the safety of patients who had received treatment of implanted pacemaker and selected coronary angiography. METHODS Fiftyeight hospitalized patients who had received treatment of implanted pacemaker in our hospital from January 2006 to March 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. The subjects were divided into two groups: Group A of 22 patients who were treated with implanted pacemaker and selected coronary angiography and group B of 36 patients who were treated with only implanted pacemaker and coronary angiography. The proportion of coronary heart disease in patients with bradyarrythmia and pacemaker pocket bleeding was observed. RESULTS Among the 22 patients in group A, 16 had coronary heart disease, accounting for 73%: Four cases (18%) in group A suffered from pocket bleeding after pacemaker implantation and 6 cases (17%) in group B. CONCLUSION The treatment of implanted pacemaker and selected coronary angiography will not increase pocket bleeding. Pacemaker implantation after coronary arteriography is safe.
