摘要:: 目的分析右心室双出口（DORV）外科治疗的初步结果。方法 2000年1月～2004年9月 DORV 169例接受外科手术治疗，其中双心室矫治术103例（62%），单心室矫治术50例（30%），减状手术16例（10%）。结果全组住院总死亡20例（总手术死亡率12%），双心室矫治、单心室矫治和减状手术的死亡率分别是15%、4%和19%。结论 DORV的外科治疗可获得良好的早期效果。根据患者的病理形态和病理生理的具体情况选择手术方式是手术获得成功的关键。

Abstract:: AIM To review early surgical results in patients with double outlet right ventricle (DORV). METHODS Early results of 169 patients with DORV, who underwent surgical treatment between January 2000 and September 2004, were analyzed. Of the patients, 103 cases (61%) had biventricular repair, 50 cases (30%) had singleventricle repair and 16 cases (10%) had palliative procedures. RESULTS Early deaths were found in 20 cases (12%). The mortality for biventricular repair, singleventricle repair and palliative procedures was respectively 15%, 4% and 19%. CONCLUSION Early outcomes are satisfactory for patients with DORV. Proper timing of surgical procedures and optimized surgical approach will enhance the outcomes.
