摘要:
目的 分析急性心肌梗死(AMI)并发高尿酸(UA)血症患者的相关因素。方法 将177例AMI患者按血UA水平分为两组:低UA组87例,UA<300 μmol/L;高UA组90例,UA≥300 μmol/L,回顾性分析两组在年龄、心率、心功能、肾功能及性别、并发高血压病或糖尿病、溶栓、再通比例的差别。结果 ①与低UA组相比,高UA组患者年龄较大,心率快,心功能killip分级差,血尿素氮和肌酐高,并发高血压病者比例高,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。②两组在心肌酶谱、血脂和性别比例与并发糖尿病、溶栓和再通的比例无显著性差异。结论 伴发UA增高的AMI患者,年龄大,并发高血压病者比例高,心肾功能差,预后差。
Abstract:
AIM To explore the clinical characteristics of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with hyperuricaemia. METHODS One hundred and seventyseven cases of AMI were divided into two groups by serum uric acid. Group A had 87 patients with uric acid lower than 300 μmol/L and group B had 90 patients with uric acid higher than or equal to 300 μmol/L. Data were compared between the two groups in age, gender, heart rate, heart function, renal function, complication of hypertension or diabetes, and thrombolysis and patency. RESULTS ①The subjects in group B was older in age, whose heart rate was faster, heart function was worse, creatinine and urea nitrogen was higher, and with more complications of hypertension. ②Between the two groups, no significant difference was found between the rate of cardial enzymes, blood lipid and gender and the rate of complication of diabetes, thrombolysis and patency. CONCLUSION The AMI patients with hyperuricaemia, older in age, higher in the rate of complication of hypertension, and worse in heart and renal function, have adverse prognosis.
