摘要:: 目的: 观察还原型谷胱甘肽并用L-肉碱治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法: 选择急性病毒性心肌炎患者70例，随机分为两组：对照组(35例)给予黄芪注射液、维生素C等常规药物治疗；试药组(35例)在常规治疗的基础上加用还原型谷胱甘肽以及L-肉碱治疗。结果: 试药组临床治愈率为69%，对照组临床治愈率46%，两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)；试药组左室射血分数较对照组比较显著改善(P<0.05)；未发现与药物相关的不良反应。结论: 还原型谷胱甘肽并用L-肉碱能明显提高治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。

Abstract:: AIM: To observe the therapeutic effect of reduced glutathione and L-carnitine on acute viral myocarditis. METHODS: Seventy patients with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. Control group received routine treatment and therapy group received reduced glutathione and L-carnitine in addition to routine treatment. RESULTS: In the therapy group, 69% of the cases recovered compared with 46% of the cases in the control group (P<0.05). Heart function in the therapy group improved significantly compared with that in the control group (P<0.05). No adverse effect in the therapy group was found. CONCLUSION: Reduced glutathione and L-carnitine combined with routine therapy is safe and effective in the treatment of viral myocarditis.
