摘要:: 二尖瓣退行性变是造成二尖瓣关闭不全的一类主要原因。退行性变的病因病理复杂，成形术式多样且没有固定的适应证，目前多数临床研究重点在于病理表现、手术技术及其相关转归，而忽视二尖瓣退行性变的病因分型,特别是Barlow和弹力纤维缺失综合征的鉴别及其对成形术式、临床转归影响的重要性，而这可以指导目前的二尖瓣成形术走向规范、系统。我们对这方面的文献进行综述，探索更高级的二尖瓣退行性变成形术式选择、临床评估的参考体系。
