目的:观察和分析焦虑症与心力衰竭(HF)患者心因性住院率的关系。方法:我院2012年11月~2013年05月的HF患者127例;在人院后第2~3天内填写Zung氏焦虑表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)，≥50 分为存在焦虑，随访6个月，收集患者相关信息。结果:在随访6个月期间，122例完成随访，焦虑症患病率为24.9%(30/122)，通过患焦虑症组与非焦虑症组的比较分析，两组心因性住院率的差异未达到显著水平(r=0.085,P=0.64)。结论:HF患者随访6个月研究结果显示焦虑症和心因性住院率无显著关联。
Abstract:
AIM:To analyze the relationship between anxiety and cardiac hospitalization in patients with heart failure (HF). METHODS: One hundred and twenty-seven heart failure patients admitted to our hospital from November 2012 to May 2013 were enrolled in this study and were assessed by SAS (Self-Rating Anxiety Scale) within 2-3 days after hospitalization. Patients with scores ≥50 were recorded as having anxiety and a 6-month follow-up was conducted for all patients. RESULTS: The 6-month follow-up was completed in 122/127 patients. The prevalence of anxiety was 24.9% (30/122). Comparison of patients with anxiety and patients with no anxiety showed no significant association between anxiety and cardiac hospitalization in HF patients (r=0.085, P=0.64). CONCLUSION: The results of our 6-month follow-up show no obvious association between anxiety and cardiac hospitalizations in HF patients.
