摘要:
双联抗血小板治疗可显著改善急性冠状动脉综合征患者的预后，但在治疗过程中，仍有一定比例的患者发生血栓或者出血事件。这些个体化差异，提醒在临床工作中有必要进行血小板聚集功能检测，用于评估患者对抗血小板药物的反应性，以进一步指导治疗方案的调整。现有的血小板聚集功能检测方法多种多样，需要从中选择适合可在临床推广应用的检测方法。本综述对目前临床使用的血小板凝聚功能的检测方法做一简单介绍，并简要分析其检测结果对临床的指导意义。
Abstract:
Dual antiplatelet therapy has markedly improved the prognosis of acute coronary syndrome. However, thrombosis or bleeding occurs in some patients during treatment, demonstrating the necessity of a platelet aggregation function test. The platelet aggregation function test can evaluate the reactiveness to the antiplatelet agents for treatment adjustment. At present, a platelet aggregation function test can be conducted by a variety of methods. This review provides a brief introduction of the different test methods used clinically and analyzes the clinical significance of the test results.
