摘要:

应用依那普利治疗冠心病心绞痛患者4O例，12周后，临床总有效率为92.5％,心电图总有效率为72.5％。依那普利尚有降低血压、改善左室舒张功能的作用，适合于心绞痛伴轻、中度高血压病人的治疗。

Abstract:

In the present paper effect of enalapril on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease is discussed 40 cases of angina pectoris were treated with enalapril(5～10 mg bid).12 weeks after the treatment，the average clinical effective rate of enalapril was 92.5％whereas ECG showed the average effective rate was 72.5％．This result indicated that enalapril is effective in reducing blood Pressure and improving left ventricular diastolic function．This study also demonstrated that enalapril is effective in treating angina pectoris patients with moderate hypertension．
