摘要:
本文对46例睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)患者进行了心室晚电位(VLP)检查,阳性30例(65％)；夜间室性心律失常(NVA)15例，3例夜间猝死。采用多元Logistic回归分析,筛选出VLP、窦缓、窦速与SAS密切相关。与对照组相比，VLP阳性率和NVA发生率均有显著差异（P<0.01和P<0.05)。提示应用VLP，对SAS患者的NVA和猝死预测是一项有用的新指标。
Abstract:
The purpose of this paper was to study nocturnal ventricular arrhythmia(NVA)and sudden death by ventricular late potential(VLP)in 46 patients with sleep apnea syndrome(SAS).The results showed that the positive rate of SAS was 65％(39／46)and 15 cases with NVA and 3 cases with nocturnal sudden death were found．Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed a close association between SAS and sinus bradycardia and sinus tachycardia．A significant difference was observed in the positive rate of VLP and the incidence of NVA as compared with that of controls．These findings suggested that VLP was a useful tool in predicting NVA and sudden death in patients with SAS．
