摘要:
取临床心肌缺血病例67例,予抗氧化剂治疗3个月;并于治疗前后检测其血浆超氧化歧化酶和丙二醛的浓度;超声心动图测定射血分数、快速充盈分值和左室后壁厚度;心电图观察缺血型ST段的变化情况,旨在研究氧自由基与心肌缺血的关系和抗氧化剂对缺血心肌的保护作用。结果表明:超氧化歧化酶浓度在心肌缺血的症状期降低,无症状期复升,并与射血分数和快速充盈分值的变化一致;丙二醛则无显著性改变,推测与其检测方法有关;临床表现有的抗氧化剂能消除症状,但不能使缺血性ST段和增厚的心室壁有明显的改观,推测其不具有阻断氧自由基生成的特异性抗氧化功能。
Abstract:
This study was designed to investigate the relationship between oxygen free radicals and ischemic myocardium,and the protective effects of antioxidants on the myocardium.Sixty-seven patients with myocardial ischemia were included and treated with antioxidants.Plasma concentrations of superoxide dismutase and malonaldehyde(MDA)were tested before and after the treatment.At the same time,echocardiography was employed to measure ejection fraction(EF),rapid filling fraction and left ventricular posteiror wall thickness,and electrocardiography was used to observe changes in ST segments.The results showed that superoxide dismutase in all patients decreased during the symptomatic period and increased during the nonsymptomatic period,and the change was compatible with that in ejection fraction and rapid filling fraction.Antioxidants in use could clinically remove ischemicsymptoms but not bring about much improvement in ischemic ST segment and left ventricular posterior wall.MDA which was not signif icantly changed in this research Was presumably attributed to the method used,it was insensitive to the real plasma MDA Concentrations.
