摘要:
本文主要研究左室心缩间期与心功能指标的相关关系及其随龄变化。以多普勒超声心动图检测了126例健康成人左室射血前期、左室射血时间及左室加速时间等心缩间期指标, 并与同时测算的心脏收缩与舒张功能指标、年龄、身高、体重、血压水平、心腔内径、室壁厚度等可能的影响因素进行直线相关和多元逐步回归分析。结果显示心缩间期指标与心脏收缩功能指标间存在显著性相关关系, 与舒张功能指标间的相关关系也有统计学显著性; 年龄增长是左室射血前期及左室加速时间的独立影响因素。结论: 心缩间期可作为评估心功能简便易行的无创性指标。其随年龄增长的变化在评估心功能时应予考虑。心缩间期与心脏舒张功能间的内在联系有待深入研究。
Abstract:
The purpose of the present paper was to investigate the correlations between left vent ricular systolic time intervals(LVSTIs) and indices of cardiac function and the changes of LVSTIs associated with aging. The indices of LVSTIs, left ventricular ejection time (LVET),preejection period (LVPEP),acceleration time(LVAT),and their ratios were measured and calculated by the method of echocardiography in a series of 126 healthy adults.Correlations between indices of STIs and age, sex, body size, levels of blood pressure, cardiac structural and functional parameters and other factors probably affecting on STIs were analysed with statistical methods of linear relation analysis and multivariate stepwise regression. It was showed that significant relationships existed between indices of STIs and parameters of left ventricular systolic function, and that aging was one of the independent factors influencing LVPEP and LVAT. Moreover, it was found that correlation s between indices of STIs and indices of left ventricular diastolic function showed statistical significance. STIs were demonstrated to be useful, easy and convenient indices for evaluating left ventricular function, but the changes of STIs associated with aging should beconsidered when indices of STIs were used for evaluation of cardiac function. Further studies would be needed for intrinsic association of STIs with left ventricular diastolic function.
