摘要:
作者研究了结扎后4周兔冠脉左室壁结构及左室腔内不同层面压力变化。结果表明: 急性心梗后4周左室壁出现不均一性增厚, 舒张末容积增加。左室中部收缩期压力由正常时略高于流出道压力转为低于后者, 收缩期压力升高的时间顺序由正常时室中略早于流出道变为迟于后者。这种逆转性变化可能是心梗后左室重塑的重要始动及增重因素。
Abstract:
The variation of structure of LV wall and the pressure of different layers in the LV cavity in 4 weeks after ligation of coronary arteries were studied in rabbits. Our results demonstrated that in 4 weeks after AMI, the LV wall became hypertrophic and end diastolic volume was enlarged; the systolic pressure at mid layer of the LV fell down to a level lower than in the outflow; but its normal level was higher than the later and the systolic pressure rising time of the mid layer of the LV became later than in the outflow; but in the normal condition it was earlier than the later. These reverse changes are probably the important initiate and accelerate factors to LV remodeling.
