摘要:
本文报道缓激肽(BK) 对兔顿抑心肌功能的作用。结果显示: 结扎兔冠脉左室支15 min, 再灌注30 min,左室收缩及舒张功能进行性下降; 结扎前左室内灌注生理盐水对顿抑心肌功能无明显影响; 结扎前左室内灌注缓激肽后, 再灌注30 min 时左室功能恢复至正常水平。提示: 缓激肽对兔顿抑心肌的功能具有保护作用。
Abstract:
The article reports the effects of bradykinin on the function of stunned myocardium in rabbits in vivo. In our experiment, in the untreated group and saline treated group , the indexes of left ventricular function reduced significantly after occlusion of the left ventricular artery and continue to reduce after reperfusion. The 10 min infusion of bradykinin attenuates the dysfunction after 30 min reperfusion. The result indicates that bradykinin can attenuate the stunned myocardium dysfunction.
