摘要:
为探讨心率变异时域分析评价急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者心脏自主神经活动的变化, 作者对26例AMI患者、27例陈旧性心肌梗死患者及20例正常人的血浆去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素及甲状腺激素(T3, T4) 进行测定, 同时与心率变异性进行对比。证明AMI早期存在心脏迷走神经活性降低, 交感神经活性相对占优势; 交感肾上腺素能系统及甲状腺分泌全面激活。作者认为, 心率变异时域分析是一种检测心脏自主神经功能较敏感、可靠的无创性方法, 可为预测心脏事件的发生提供重要依据。
Abstract:
The time2-domain measurements of heart rate variability (HRV) were used, and plasma catecholamines and thyroid hormone were comparatively studied in 26 patients with acute myocardial infarct(AMI), 27 with remote myocardial infarct (OMI) and 20 control subjects. It was demonstrated that the parasympathetic depression, sympathetic predominance, overactivity of the adrenergic system and thyroid hormone secretion were present in patients with AMI. The time-domain measurements of HRV might be a feasible method for evaluating cardiac autonomic activity. It can facilitate the prediction of cardiopathy in high risk patients so that prevention or finely treatment can be ensured.
