摘要:
载脂蛋白E(APOE)是一种多态性蛋白, 在脂类的运行和代谢过程中起着十分重要的作用。APOE 基因多态性与高脂血症脂质代谢关系密切, E2等位基因是Ⅲ型高脂蛋白血症的必要条件, E3等位基因在正常人分布频率较高, E4等位基因与高脂血症及冠心病发生率相关, 也是早老性痴呆的一个相关基因。
