摘要:
应用二维与多普勒超声心动图观察大鼠心脏结构和功能,并将左室重量的超声测值与实际测值相比较,以评价该检测方法的可行性、准确性。将15只正常SD大鼠麻醉后,应用经胸7.5 MHz超声检测左室结构指标和左室重量,然后处死大鼠测左室重量。结果显示超声测定的大鼠左室重量与尸解结果高度相关(r=0.9314,SEE=0.0376,P<0.0001)。证实经胸超声心动图可以清晰显示大鼠心脏结构与多普勒血流信息,是一种准确评价大鼠心脏结构和功能的无创方法。
Abstract:
This study was to evaluate the cardiac structure and function by echocardiography in rats,and to assess its feasibility and accuracy by comparing the LV mass of normal rats detected by 2DE with postmortem. Fifteen normal rats weighting 200 g~300 g were anesthetized. all indices of LV contractile function and LV mass was studied by echocardiography and then, the heart was to dissected weigh the left ventricle in the scales. The results of heart structure,mitral valve,aortic and pulmonary artery flow could be revealed clearly by echocardiography. The LV mass of normal rats correlated well with postmortem (r=0.9314,SEE=0.0376,P<0.0001). It’s proved that the transthoracic echocardiography can be used to accurately and noninvasively assess cardiac structure and function of the rats.
