作者采用动脉脉波传输及频谱分析的测试系统,对120例高血压病患者左侧桡动脉、肱动脉及颈动脉搏动波的谐波进行测量,并与120例正常人作对比分析。发现高血压病患者的频谱模值随着频率的增加而逐渐下降,在低频段模值较低,高频段较高,极小值多数处在第7谐波处,模值间连线不够光滑,其能量比ER即(M1+M2)/(M9+M10)比正常人有显著降低。作者从血液脉动流理论的观点出发,讨论动脉搏动波频谱分析的生物物理学基础以及病理生理学的意义。认为动脉搏动波的谐波分析可能为研究临床血流动力学提供了一个新的手段。
Abstract:
A microcomputer system for studying arterial pulse wave propagation and Fourier analysis was designed and applied to 120 patients with hypertention and 120 healthy persons. The method of analysis involved Fourier transformation of arterial pulse waves recorded from two externl pulsation transducers to obtain frequency spectra. Our study aimed at comparing the harmonic moduli in these two groups. The arterial pulse wave spectra were measured on the left radial,brachial and carotid arteries,and the relationshop was analysed among the changes of harmonic moduli. The results showed that in the hypertention group all the moduli of arterial pulse waves decreased successively with invreasing frequency,and there existed some minimun moduli on 7th harmonic and decreased ER[(M1+M2)/(M9+M10)]. It was also found in the same group that the moduli decreased in the range of low frequency and increased in the range of high frequency. This study detected the possible biophysical and pathophysiological mechanism of the arterial pulse wave spectra from the view-point of hemodynamics. We concluded that Fourier analysis of arterial pulse waves may provide a new clinical method of cardiovascular diagnosis.
