摘要:
阴离子转运存在于各种细胞 ,并对细胞功能产生一定影响。在过去 10年中 ,至少在哺乳动物心脏上发现了 6种不同性质的 Cl-通道。本文重点综述近年来心肌 Cl-通道特点、生理作用及在病理状态下的可能作用等方面的研究进展。
