摘要:
目的 探讨不同类型冠心病患者中性粒细胞和单棱细胞膜CDllh／CDI8表达的变化．方法 选择经冠状动脉造影确诊的49例心绞痛患者．30倒急性心肌梗死患者和20倒正常人，用流式细胞仪直接免疫荧光法检测中性粒细胞和单棱细胞膜CDIIh／CD18表达。结果 冠心病患者中性粒细胞和单棱细胞膜CD11h／CD18表达鞍正常对照组均显著增加P0．05)．而急性心肌梗死组明显增加(P<0．01)。急性心肌梗死患者中性粒细胞和单棱细胞膜CD1lb／CD18表达与梗死范圈无关．结论 冠心病患者中性粒细胞和单棱细胞膜CDllb／CD18表选明显增加．其增加程度与心肌缺血的类型有关．
Abstract:
AIM To investlgate the changes of expression of adhesion molecules Clbllh／CDl8 on neutrophils and monocytes in different types of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD)．METHODS The expression of CD1 IB／CD18 on neutrophils and monocytes were measured by di．rect immunofluorescence techniques associated with flow cytometry in 49 patients with angina pectoris confirmed by coronary arteriography， 30 patients with acute myocardial infarcrion (AMI)and 20 normal individuals．RESULTS Expressions of CDl lb／CD18 on neutrophils and monocytes in the CHD patients were markedly higher than those in normal cases(P< 0．01)．and the expressions of adhesion molecules CD1 lb／CD1 8 on neutrophils and monocytes in patients with unstable angina pectoris and AM1 were significantly higher than those in patients with stable angina pectorls(P< 0．01)．No change was observed in neutrophil and monocyte counts in patients with angina pectoris(P> 0．05)，W BC counts in AM I patients were markedly higher than those of the normal cases．The expression of adhesion molecules CDlIb／CD18 on neutrophils and monocytes in AMI patients bore no relation tO increased infarct extent． C0NCLUSION Neutrophil and monocyte CD1 1b／CD18 adhesion molecules in patients with CHD had a higher expres—sion，and the increased degree of expression might be related to the types of myocardial ischemia．
