摘要:
目的 观察薤白制剂对动脉粥样硬化的治疗作用。方法 选冠心病高血压患者共100例。日服薤白制剂(维斯胶囊)，连续用药1．5年。每隔半年作1次外周动脉高分辨率超声检查，每隔3月作1次血脂检查。结果 动脉粥样硬化斑块厚度明显减少，血清总胆固醇及甘油三酯水平明显下降。结论 长期规律性使用薤自制剂，能控制动脉粥样硬化的发展并使其消退。
Abstract:
AIM To observe the therapeutic effect of the extracts from Allium Macrostem on atherosclerosis．METHODS 100 patients with coronary artery disease or hypertension were selected as study subjects．The patients took the extracts for one and half a year in succession．During this period，the peripheral artery of the patients were checked by high-resolution ultrasound once half a year and chemica1 examination of serum 1ipid once three months． RESULTS The thickness of atherosclerosis plaque decreased and the level of serum cholesterol and triglyceride declined obviously． COUNCLUSION Using the extract of allium Macrostemon regularly and over a long peroid of time could control the progression of atherosclerosis．
