摘要:
应用非洲爪蟾卵母细胞对外源性离子通道基因进行表达是目前离子通道结构和功能研究中的一种重要的方法.它实现了分子生物学和电生理实验的很好结合。作者基于离子通道研究的实验需要,提出了一种用于离子通道基因表达的卵母细胞的制备方法。
Abstract:
It is a very important method to study the correlation between the structure and the function of ion channels by the Xenopus oocyte expression system now,which leads to the perfect combination of molecular biology and e1ectrophysio1ogy experiment.This paper presents an improved method of preparing Xenopus oocytes for ion channel gene expression.
