摘要:
目的 观察银杏叶提取物(EGB)对培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞结构型一氧化氮合酶(ecNOS)活性的影响,并探讨EGB防治PTCA后再狭窄的意义。方法 分别用10,50,100 g·L-1的EGB作用于体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC),行ABC免疫酶染色,图像分析法观察EGB对NOS表达的影响。结果 与对照组比较,各实验组ecNOS表达增强(P<0.05)。结论 EGB增强了培养的内皮细胞的cNOS表达。
Abstract:
AIM To observe the effect of the gingko biloba extract (EGB) on the expression of constitutive nitric oxide synthase (ecNOS) in human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC) and to evaluate EGB can be used in the prevention of the coronary artery restenosis after percutanuous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA).METHODS ABC immunohistochemistry technique and image analyzing method were used to evaluate the effect of the EGB on the expression of cNOS in cultured HUVEC. RESULT The expression of cNOS was significantly increased by EGB(P<0.05). CONCLUSION EGB can enhance the expression of cNOS in cultured HUVEC.
