摘要:
目的观察紫外线照射和充氧自血回输法(自血回输) 对肺心病患者红细胞膜Na.K-ATP 酶(Na 泵) 和Ca.Mg-ATP 酶(Ca 泵) 活性的影响, 探讨该疗法可能的治疗机制。方法 采用生化方法测定30 例肺心病患者治疗前后红细胞膜Na 泵、Ca 泵活性, 并与正常人进行了比较。结果 肺心病患者红细胞膜Na 泵, Ca 泵活性降低; 自血回输后红细胞膜Na 泵、Ca 泵活性增高, 动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SaO2) 和临床状况明显改善。常规治疗组(15例患者) 无变化。结论 红细胞膜ATP 酶活性增高可能为自血回输疗法的治疗机制之一。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the effects of treatment of ultraviolet-radiated and oxygen-charged auto-blood retransfusion on erythrocyte Na.K-ATPase (Na pump ) and Ca.Mg-ATPase (Ca pump ) activity as to reveal the mechanism of treatment. METHODS Eryth rocyte Na pump and Ca pump activities were measured by biochemistry method before and after treatment of ultraviolet-radiated and oxygen-charged auto-blood retransfusion in 30 cases of cor pulmonale patients. RESULTS Erythrocyte Na pump and Ca pump activities were decreased in corpu lmonale patients and increased after treatment of ultraviolet-radiated and oxygen-charged auto-blood retransfusion as well as partial pressure of oxygen and oxygen saturation in artery blood,and clinical manifestation improved. These changes of routine treatment group (15 patients) had not be found. CONCLUSION The enhencement of eryth rocyte ATPase activity may be one of treatment mechanism of ultraviolet-radiated and oxygen-charged auto-blood retransfusion therapy.
