摘要:
目的 测定充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的QT离散度(QTd)及美托洛尔对QTd的影响.方法 l10例CHF患者和50例健康人同时作QTd测量,CHF患者中38例进行美托洛尔治疗.与未使用美托洛尔的78例作比较。结果 CHF患者的QTd明显高于健康人(P<0.O1);QTd与心功能受损的程度呈正相关;CHF伴室性心律失常者QTd大于不伴室性心律失常者(P<0.05);予美托洛尔治疗后CHF患者QTd明显缩短(P<0.05)。 结论 CHF患者QTd明显增大。共托洛尔可使QTd缩小,对防治严重心律失常和猝死有重要意义。
Abstract:
AIM To detect the changes of QT interval dispersion(QTd) in congestive heart failure (CHF)and the effects of metoprolol on QTd.METHODS The QTd was measured in ll0 patients with CHF and 50 healthy peoples.38 patients with CHF were recruited at random from ll0 cases and treated by metoprolol,78 cases serving as controls.The QTd was measured before and four weeks after the treatment.RESULTS The QTd in CHF was significantly prolonged as compared with that of healthy people(P<0.01).The QTd WRS positively correlated with the NYHA class of cardiac function.The QTd in CHF patients with ventricular arrhythmias obviously increased as compared with that in CHF patients without ventricular arrhythmias(P< 0.O5).In the ptients treated with metoprolol,QTd significantly reduced(P< 0.05).C0NCLUSI0N The QTd was prolonged in CHF.The QTd in CHF with ventrlcular arrhythmia obviously increased.Metoprolol could diminish the QTd in CHF,which is beneficial to the prevention of malignant ventricular arrhythmia and sudden death.
