摘要:
目的 评价使用pfm 弹簧圈封堵未闭动脉导管的临床应用。方法 从1998-03～2001-02，23例患者进行了PDA封堵术，年龄8个月～32岁(平均10．7岁)，体重9．5～55(29．0±1 6．6)kg，肺动脉平均压20．6(10～38)mmHg，PDA最窄内径1．6～4．1(2 7±0．8)mm，3例为开胸结扎术后再通。结果 全部患者均获成功，封堵术后主动脉造影显示l9例完全封堵，4例有残余分流，术后24 h彩色多普勒显示22例无血流通过，平均X光暴露时间是15．5 min(7～34min)，无任何并发症出现。结论 采用Duct-Oeclud(pfm)弹簧圈封堵PDA是安全有效的．PDA最窄内径应在3 mm 以内，辅送系统较细可用于婴幼儿，封堵术后效果满意。
Abstract:
AIM To observe the efficiency of transeather closure of the patent duetus arterious (PDA)using Duct-Occlud (pfm )coil.METHODS From Mar． 1998 to Feb． 2001，23 patients with PDA were performed by transcather closure．The patients median age was 10.7 years(range 8 months to 32 years).The pulmonary artery mean pressure 2O．6± 5.4 mm Hg (range 10～38 mm Hg)．The mean PDA diameter at its narrowest segment was 1．6～ 4．1(2．7士0．8)mm．Three patients had a residual shunt after surgical ligation．RESULTS All patients were successful．Angiography showed that 19 cases had complete immediately closure,4 cases had a small residual shunt，color Doppler revealed complete closure in 22 cases after 24 hours closure．The median fluoroscopy time was 15．5 min (range 7 to 34 min).There were no complications．CONCLUSIONS Duct-Ocdud pfm coil device system was safe and effective in ctosing PDA in patients with a PDA diameter≤ 3 mm．The delivery system allowed its use in small children．The method had satisfactory immediate results．
