摘要:
目的 初步探讨血浆C 型钠尿肽(CNP) 水平与高血压及左室肥厚程度的相关性。方法 采用卒中易感型自发性高血压大鼠(SHRSP) , 并与正常血压大鼠(WKY) 作对照, 应用放射免疫方法检测CNP 水平。结果 SHRSP组收缩压(SBP) 和反映左室肥厚的指标如左心室加室间隔(LV + S) 重量和(LV + S)/体重(BW ) 比值均明显高于WKY组(P < 0. 01) ; SHRSP 血浆CN P 水平(145±42 ng/L ) 明显高于W KY (72±11 ng/L ) , 差异非常显著(P < 0. 01) ;SHRSP 血浆CNP 与SBP, (LV + S)/ BW 均呈正相关(P < 0. 05) , 而CNP 与心率(HR)、右心室(RV ) 重量和BW 则未见明显相关性(P > 0. 05)。结论 血浆CNP 水平可以反映高血压及左室肥厚程度。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the correlations between plasma Type C natriuretic peptide (CNP)levels and the degree of hypertension and left ventricle hypertrophy in stroke-prone spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRSP ). METHODS The plasma concent rations of CNP were measured by means of radio immunoassay in SHRSP and compared with those of normotensive rats (Wistar-Kyo to rat,WKY). RESUTLS Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and left ventricle puls septum (LV+ S) weight and (LV + S)/ body weight (BW ) ratio were markedly higher in SHRSP than in WKY( P < 0. 01). Plasma CNP levels were 145±42 ng/L and 72±11 ng/L in SHRSP and in WKY respectively, and the difference were significant (P < 0. 01). There were positive correlations between CNP and SBP as well as CNP and (LV + S)/ BW (P < 0. 05) , while CNP had no significant correlations with heart rate (HR) , right ventricle (RV ) weight and BW (P > 0. 05).CONCLUSION CNP may reflex the degree of hypertension and left ventricle hypertrophy.
