摘要:
目的 观察左旋精氨酸对冬眠心肌功能、代谢与结构的影响。方法 30 只犬短期冬眠心肌模型随机分为3 组:A 组(n= 14) 灌注生理盐水;B 组(n= 8) 灌注左旋精氨酸; C 组(n= 8) 灌注L-MNNA。结果 3 组间左心室舒张末期 压、血乳酸、ATP 含量及电镜下结构改变差异显著。左旋精氨酸组明显优于其他两组。结论 左旋精氨酸可改善冬 眠心肌、代谢与功能结构。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate L-arginine (L-arg) influcence on function,metabolic and structure of myocardium. METHODS The thirty dogs which dog-models under short-hibernating myocardium was established were randomly divided into three groups. A (control) group (n= 14)perfusing 9 g/L NaCl, B group (n = 8) perfusing l-arg, C group (n = 8) perfusing L-MNNA.RESULTS LVEDP, L actate release, ATP content and ultrastructure have remarkable difference among three groups. L-arg group out standingly was superior to other groups. CONCLUSION L-arg can improve the function,metabolic and structure of hibernating myocardium.
