摘要:
目的 制备可经静脉注射产生心肌对比增强效果的声学对比造影剂, 观察其心肌显影效果。方法 ①按不同比例将50 g.L - 1葡萄糖或9 g.L-1 NaCl, C3F8 气体与人血白蛋白混合后进行超声振荡。Coulter’s 计数器对造影剂进行质量分析。②经犬股静脉注射自制对比造影剂0. 2 ml, 经胸壁扫查犬左室乳头肌水平短轴切面。结果 ①造影剂微泡液的相对浓度为4. 239×109/ml, 微泡平均直径3. 789 Lm, 小于9. 89 Lm 微泡占99. 5%。②经静脉注射后,均产生不同程度的心肌对比增强效果, 心肌显影持续时间1~ 3 min。注射前后犬血流动力学无显著性改变。结论 自制经静脉注射对比造影剂符合心肌声学造影的要求; 初步动物实验表明经静脉注射可产生肉眼可辨的心肌显影; 反复注射无明显血流动力学改变。
Abstract:
AIM To develop a newly developed of echo-contrast agent (code name: FCT-188)that can produce myocardial contrast after in travenous injection. METHODS Admixtures comprise diverse proportions of 50 g.L-1dextrose, 9 g.L-1NaCl, C3F8 gas and human albumin were sonicated with different sonicating conditions. The microbubble solution was assessed by Coulter’s counter. MCE with short-axis view of left ventricular was performed in 3 Mongrel dogs. 0. 2 ml of FCT-188 was injected into femoral vein. RESULTS The relative concentration of the prepared microbubbles was 4. 239×109/m L with mean diameters 3. 789 μm. All the case showed intense myocardium contrast image which lasted for 1~ 3m in after in travenous in jection. CONCLUSION The echo-contrast agent prepared in our laboratory accord with the essential conditions of MCE. Visual identification myocardium contrast image can be created after in travenous injection.
