摘要:
目的 应用经胸多普勒超声心动图(TTE) 检测正常人肺静脉血流(PVFP) 及二尖瓣血流(MFP) 的增龄变化。方法 选择经全面检查无心脏疾病的120 (男50, 女70) 例为研究对象, 年龄7～ 80 (40±5) 岁。划分为≤40 岁组(组I ) 及> 40 岁组(组II )。应用TTE 记录PVFP 及MFP, 观察各组PVFP 及MFP 的变化及其关系。结果 PV FP: S波峰速、SF,A 波峰速及时限随年龄增加而增加, 但A 波时限不超过MFPA 波时限,D 波峰速随年龄增加而减低,二组之间有显著差异性。MFP: E 峰速度、E/A 比值随年龄增加而减低, E 峰减速时间,A 峰速度、AFF 随年龄增加而增加, 二组之间有显著差异性。结论 了解PVFP 和MFP 的增龄变化, 有助于客观地、全面地评价PVFP 和MFP的临床价值。
Abstract:
AIM To compare the changes of the pulmonary venous flow pattern (PVFP) and the mitral flow pattern (MFP) in different age groups and to probe the relationships between PVFP,MFP and age. METHODS 120 normal subjects aged 7 to 80 years (40±5) were studied. Of them 50 were men and 70 were women. The subjects were divided in to two grups: ≤40 years old and> 40 years old. The variables and relationships of the PVFP and the MFP recorded by transthoracic echocardiography were analyzed. RESULTS The significant difference was found between two groups: The Svelocity, SF, PA velocity and duration increased in > 40 year group and the Dvelocity decreased with increasing age in PVFP. The Evelocity decreased and the deceleration time of the E wave increased, and the Avelocity increased. The E/A ratio decreasd and the AFF increased with increasing age in MFP. CONCLUSION To understand the age-related changes of PVFP and MFP helped to estimate the clinical values of PVFP and MFP.
