摘要:
目的 观察催眠针法对原发性高血压的降压疗效。方法 选择原发性高血压I级、II级低危、中危患者40 (男20, 女20) 例, 年龄60±8 岁, 治疗4 周, 测量治疗前后血压、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)。结果 治疗后第2 周舒张压与收缩压均下降与治疗前有显著性差异(P<0. 05)。结论 原发性高血压患者经催眠针法治疗后血压逐步下降, 焦虑抑郁情绪减轻。
Abstract:
AIM To observe threapeutic effect of hypnotism -acupuncture treatment (HAT ) on patients with essential hypertension. METHODS Forty caes (male 20, female 20, age 62±8 years)in stage I or II essential hypertension were treated with HAT for 4 weeks, and blood pressures were measured before and after the treatment. The clinical effects were assssed by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS). RESULTS As compared with pre-treatment status, all indexes showed significan timprovement after the treatment (P < 0. 05).CONCLUSION Hat produced significant therapeutic effects on lowering BP, as well as reducing anxiety and depression
