摘要:
目的 探讨幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染与血脂、一氧化氮(NO)水平的关系。方法 测定心血管疾病患者192例的血清HPIgG、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、载脂蛋白A1 (ApoA1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的含量。结果 HP感染108例,HP感染组的血清TG,ApoB,NOs,NO浓度较未感染组明显升高(P<0.05) , TC,Lp(a) ,LDL2C 有增高趋势, 但未达显著水平. 结论 HP感染可明显升高血清TG,ApoB,NOS,NO的含量。
Abstract:
AIM To determine the relation of helicobacter pylori (HP) infection with the levels of lipids and nitric oxide (NO). METHODS Serum specific IgG antibodies to HP (HPIgG) and serum levels of total cholesterol (TC) , triglyceride (TG) , apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) , apolipoprotein B(ApoB) , apolipoprotein (a) [Lp(a) ], high density apolipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) ,Low density apolipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) ,NO and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) were measured in 192 patients with cardiovascular diseases. RESULTS 108 patients were infected by HP. The levels of serum TG,ApoB,NO ,NOS in the cases of HP seropositivity were significantly higher than those in the cases of HP seronegativity (P < 0. 05). The levels of TC,Lp (a) ,LDL-C, tended to be higher in those who were HP positive than in those who were HP negative, but the trend was non-significant. CONCLUSION HP infection might increasethe lipids and NO.
