摘要:
应用NE、低氧或佛波酯(PMA)等方法刺激心肌细胞和心成纤维细胞的增殖,实验证明血管钠肽对增殖有抑制作用,它通过升高细胞内cGMP和降低细胞内Ca2+浓度等发挥作用,对肺动脉平滑肌细胞的增殖也有抑制作用,表明VNP对心肌细胞、心成纤维细胞和肺动脉平滑肌细胞有负调控作用,对心肌肥大和低氧性肺动脉高压有预防和治疗作用。
Abstract:
The proliferation of cardiac myocytes and cardiac fibroblasts induced by norepinephrine or hypoxia or phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate(PMA),vasonatrin peptide(VNP) dose-dependently inhibit their growth-promating effects,which may be associated with the elevation of intracellular level of cGMP and decrease of intracellular calcium,VNP has also inhibitory effect on the proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth cells,results suggest that VNP has negative regulatory action on the gorwth of cardiac myocytes,cardiac fibroblasts and vascular smooth muscle cells,VNP possess preventable and theapeutic effects on cardiac hypertrophy and hypoxic pulmonary hypertension.
