摘要:
目的 研究失血性休克时大鼠心脏G蛋白含量及功能的变化。方法 大鼠失血性休克,记录平均动脉压,呼吸频率及失血量,各时相点血气分析;免疫印迹法测定大鼠心脏Giα和Gsα含量。结果 休克6 h,心脏Gsα含量(第一条带19772±1186像素,第二条带20865±804像素)较正常对照组(第一条带23583±714像素,第二条带24777±690像素)下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);Giα含量(27767±801像素)较正常对照组(17353±799像素)升高(P<0.01)。结论 心脏Gsα含量下降和Giα含量升高可能是导致细胞膜AC信号转导功能障碍和心功能抑制的重要原因。
Abstract:
AIM To study the alteration of the content of G-proteinsαsubunits in rats in hemorrhagic shock. METHODS Levels of Giαand Gsαin sarcolemma were detected by Western Blot analysis,and recorded MAP,RR and blood-loss volume as well.RESULTS In the ventricles, the contents of two Gsαband in the group HS was significantly lower than that in the group NC(P<0.05,P<0.01).The content of one Giαband in the group HS was significantly higher than that in the group NC(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Alteration of cardiac G protein may contribute to the dysfunction of adenyl cyclase signal transduction system and heart during hemorrhagic shock.
