摘要:
目的:改进高效液相色谱配电化学检测器检测血浆儿茶酚胺(CA)类物质含量的技术。方法:用不同的流动相条件,在体外用外标法对大鼠血浆CA含量进行检测。结果:色谱条件以流动相用双蒸水配制,脱气30min,pH2.8~3.0,检测电压0.6V,流速0.6ml/min外标法为理想检测条件。去甲肾上腺素(NE)最小检测极限1.003ng/ml,肾上腺素(E)最小检测极限1.21ng/ml。结论:本文方法简便、快速、可靠,可用于科研测定血浆NE和E。
Abstract:
AIM: To improve the technique of the high efficient liquid chromatography of mice plasma catecholamine to study the changes of plasma catecholammine (CA) content.METHODS:To measure the plasma CA content of bound stress mice labeled in vitro by the method of high efficient liquid chromatography electrochemical detector.RESULTS:Chromatography conditions were made with the flow-phas double steam water and degassed completely,pH 2.8~ 3.0,detecting voltage 0.6V,flow speed 0.6ml/min.The detected smallest limit of norepinephrine (NE)is 1.003ng/ml,the detected smallest limit of epinephrine(E) is 1.21ng/ml.This way is very idea.CONCLUSION:This measure method is simple,swift and confident;it can be used to detect the plasmas NE and E in clinic and basic research.
