摘要:
目的:探讨血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg)与冠心病类型、危险因素及病变程度的关系。方法:应用Clauss凝固法测定 664例因胸痛而接受冠状动脉造影患者的血浆Fg水平,并与其年龄、性别、血脂水平,有无高血压、糖尿病、吸烟、饮 酒,以及冠心病类型、冠脉病变程度进行统计学分析。结果:冠心病患者中有高血压者Fg水平较无高血压者高(4.3 ±1.4g/Lvs4.0±1.4g/L,P<0.05)。经多元逐步回归分析发现,高血压是影响Fg水平的独立因素(P<0.05)。 Fg水平与年龄呈正相关,r=0.110(P<0.05),经多元逐步回归分析,仍有意义(P<0.05)。急性冠脉综合征(ACS) 患者血浆Fg水平高于非冠心病者(4.4±1.4g/Lvs4.0±1.8g/L,P<0.05),同时亦高于稳定型心绞痛患者(P <0.05)。三支病变者血浆Fg水平高于单支病变者(4.3±1.4g/Lvs4.0±1.3g/L,P<0.05)。结论:血浆Fg水平 与患者年龄、高血压密切相关,在ACS患者明显升高,与病变程度密切相关。
Abstract:
AIM:To evaluate the relationship between serum fibrinogen(Fg) level and the type, the risk factors and the severity of coronary lesions due to coronary heart disease(CHD).METHODS: In 664 patients with primary diagnoses as CHD who underwent coronary angiography, the serum Fg levels were measured by using Clauss method.The correlation between serum fibrinogen level and the type,the risk factors and the severity of coronary lesions were assessed. RESULTS: The serum Fg level was higher inpatients with hypertension(4.3±1.4g/Lvs4.0±1.4g/L,P<0.05). Multivariate regression analysis revealed that hypertension and age were associated with serum Fg level(P<0.05). The mean concentration of serum Fg of the acute coronary syndrome (ACS) group was higher than that of the normal group(4.4±1.4g/Lvs4.0±1.8g/L,P<0.05) and the Fg concentration in the triple vessels disease group was higher than that in the single vessel disease group(4.3±1.4g/Lvs4.0±1.3g/L,P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Serum Fg level was positively correlated with hypertension and age.Serum Fg level increased in ACS patients and was alsopositively correlated with the severity of coronary lesions.
