摘要:
目的:研究推拉动作在不同时间内对大鼠心肌酶活性的影响。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠88只随机分成对照组、+Gz暴露组、推拉动作组;测定暴露后30min,3h,12h,24h和48h5个时间点的心肌酶活性的变化。结果:+Gz组和推拉动作组与对照组比较,在30min,3h和12h3个时间点,肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBD)均显著增加(P<0.01)。+Gz组与推拉动作组间比较,CK,CK-MB有显著差异(P<0.05);推拉动作组LDH,α-HBD有上升趋势,但无统计学差异。24h后,+Gz组、推拉动作组与对照组比较4项指标均有增高(P<0.05),推拉动作组4项指标比+Gz组有增高趋势,但无统计学意义。48h后两实验组的4项指标均恢复到正常参考值的范围内。结论:+Gz及推拉动作在24h内可使心肌酶含量明显增加,且推拉动作的作用更为明显。
Abstract:
AIM: To study the effect of push-pull maneuver on activity of myocardium enzyme of rats in various time. METHODS: 88 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group, +Gz exposure group and the push-pull maneuver group. The variation of activity of myocardium enzyme were examined respectively at 30 min, 3h, 12h, 24h and 48h after exposure. RESULTS: Comparing with the control group, the creatinephosphokinase (CK) and its isoenzyme (CK-MB) and lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and α-hydroxybutyricdehydrogenase(α- HBD) of +Gz group and push-pull group all increased obviously at 30min, 3h and 12h (P<0.01), and there were remarkable difference in the value of CK and CK-MB between +Gz exposure group and push-pull group (P<0.05). The value of LDH and α-HBD of push-pull group have increased tendency, but no statistical difference. Comparing with the control group, the CK and CK-MB and α-HBD and LDH of +Gz exposure group and push-pull group increased (P<0.05) at 24h. The four indicators of push-pull group have more increased tendency than that of +Gz group but have no statistic meaning. And after 48hour, four indicators of push-pull and +Gz group all return to the normal scope. CONCLUSION: High +Gz and push-pull maneuver could increase the content of myocardium enzyme and the effect of latter was more obviously.
