摘要:
目的:测定 8Hz、90dB次声多次暴露后大鼠血浆一氧化氮(NO)的含量变化及内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的改变。方法:用 8Hz、90dB的次声连续作用大鼠 1、7、14、21、28d,每天 2h,测定大鼠血浆NO含量和VEGF表达的变化。结果:次声暴露1、7d,大鼠血浆 NO含量无变化,14、21d时降低(P<0.05), 28d时恢复正常(P>0.05);在次声暴露期与对照组比较,VEGF表达增强(P<0.01)。结论:次声可引起大鼠血浆NO分泌的变化及 VEGF表达改变,其与次声暴露的时间和量有关。
Abstract:
AIM:To oberve the changes of NO in plasma of rats and the VEGF expression in vascular endothelia. METHODS:The rats in the expoesd groups were affeted by infrasound (frequency:8 Hz; sonud pressure level: l30dB, 2 h daily), and the contents of NO and the epressions of VEGF in the exposed groups and control group were measured. RESULTS: The changes of NO contents declined on 14th d and 21st d(P<0.05), and there was no change on 1st d, 7th d and 28th d(P>0.05). The exprssions of VEGF were inceased in the exposed all group, compared with the control goup(P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Infrasound can induce changes in NO secretion and VEGF exprssion, and they depend on the amount and duration of infrasound expsure.
