摘要:
目的:探讨海勤人员高血压病患者 24h动态心电图变化。方法:对海勤人员 82例、陆勤人员 83例高血压病患者行 24h动态心电图监测并进行比较。结果:与陆勤人员比较海勤人员高血压病患者的 24h动态心电图异常发生频次明显增多 (P<0.01),心率变异性明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:与陆勤人员比较海勤人员高血压病患者的心脏靶器官损害更为严重。
Abstract:
AIM:To observe the changes of amblatory electrocardiogram in seaman patients with essential hypertension. METHODS:We observed 82 seaman patients with essential hypertension and 83 grond army patients with essential hypertension using amblatory electrocardiogram. RESULTS: The changes of amblatory electrocardiogram were significantly more serious in the seaman patients with essential hypertension than in the grond army patients with essential hypertension(P<0.01). CONCLUSON: The damage of heart maybe more serious in seaman patients with essential hypertension than in the grond army patients with essential hypertension.
