摘要:
目的:探讨高血压右室重构的危险因素。方法:对163例高血压患者进行超声心动图检查,对影响血管重构的危险因素进行问卷及资料收集;根据超声结果,将患者分为左室重构组、右室重构组、没有心室重构组。采用t检验比较组间差异、多元回归分析确定右室重构的主要因素。结果:左、右室重构组之间各因素没有差异,无心室重构组与右室重构组之间,年龄、体质量指数、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白存在差异,年龄是主要的因素。结论:年龄、体质量指数、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白与高血压的右室重构有关,年龄是主要因素。
Abstract:
AIM: To investigte risk factors of hypertensive right ventricular remodeling. METHODS: Echocardiography was performed to 163 hypertensive patients. Risk factors of hypertensive cardiovascular remodeling were also investigated. Patients were classified into three groups base done chocardiography. t test and multivariate regression analysis were used to predict right ventricular remodeling. RESULTS: These risk factor saffected both the right and left ventricular remodeling groups.But the difference is significant(inage,Tc,BMI and LDL)between thegroupswith and ithoutrightventricularremodeling.Multivariatere gress in analysis showed age was the main factor for hypertensive right ventricular remodeling. CONCLUSION: Age,BMI,LDL and Tc were associated with hypertensive right ventricular remodeling, and age is the most important factor.
