目的:探讨心脉宁对凝血时间、凝血醉原时间和优球蛋白溶解时间的影响。方法:小鼠30只，心脉宁混悬液灌胃，末次给药后30 min自内毗以毛细玻璃管取血，记录凝血时间。家兔24只，iv 心脉宁溶液后30 min颈动脉取血，测定凝血醉原时间.豚鼠32只，心脉宁混悬液灌胃，末次给药后30 min于心内取血，侧定优球蛋白溶解时间.结果:与对照组比较，不同浓度的心脉宁可延长凝血时间和凝血酶原时间，并缩短优球蛋白溶解时间。随心脉宁浓度的增加，凝血时间随之延长(P<0.05 或
Abstract:
AIM:To investigate the effects of xinmaining on coagulation time, prothrombin time and euglobulinlysis time. METHODS: After feeding 30 rats on xinmaining liuid，blood of the rats was taken from canthus by use of glass capillary 30 minutes after the last feed and coagulation time was recorded. The blood sample of carotid was drawn out in 24 rabbits 30 minutes after veinal injection of xinmaining and prothrombin time was recorded. After feeding on 32 guinea pigs blood sample was taken from heart 30 minutes after the last feed and euglobulinlysis time was detected. RESULTS:It was found that xinmaining of various concentrations could prolong coagulation time and prothrombin time，and shorten euglobulinlysis time. When xinmaining concentration was greater，coagulation time and prothrombin time were delayed(P<0.05 and P<0.01)，while euglobulinlysis time was shortened (P<0. 05 and P<0.01).CONCLUSION: Xinmaining can prolong coagulation time and prothrombin time，and shorten euglobulinlysis time，indicating its unambiguous effect on blood anticoagulation.
