摘要:
目的:研究中药复方制剂冠心灵的心血管作用并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:运用细胞内徽电极技术、Langendorff离体心脏灌流和心率变异性功率谱分析等方法,研究冠心灵对心肌细胞动作电位的形响;观察其对冠脉血流且和心肌收缩力的作用;分析冠心灵对冠心病患者心率变异性的影响.结果:冠心灵增强Ca2+跨膜内流,增加冠脉血流A和心肌收缩力,改普因缺血导致冠脉流it和心肌收缩力的下降;功率谱分析显示心迷走交感对心率的调控作用比升高.结论:冠心灵有改善心肌缺血的作用。
Abstract:
AIM:Observe the cardiovascular effects of guanxinling capsule and discuss the possible mechanism. METHODS:Conventional microelectrode technique and Langendorff-perfused guinea-pig hearts were used. After patient taking capsules of guanxinling for 3 months,ECG were recorded and analyzed with heart rate variability (HRV) power spectrum analysis. RESULTS: Guanxinling could increase the Ca2+ inward current. Guanxinling could increase the coronary blood flow,enhance the strength of contraction of the heart without obviously changing the heart rate. Guanxinling could also antagonise the negative effects produced by mimic ischemia. The ratio of cardiac parasympathetic tone to sympathetic tone is significantly increased by guanxinling. CONCLUSION:It indicates that guanxinling can protect ischemic myocardium.
