摘要:
目的:观察射频消融术(RFCA) 在儿童及青少年快速性心律失常治疗中的成功率及安全性。方法:西京医院住 院行RFCA 治疗的148 例患者(其中右侧显性旁道并发左侧隐匿旁道者2 例,左侧隐匿旁道并发AVNRT者1 例) ,年 龄14. 1 ±2. 3 (6~18) 岁,病史2. 6 ±2. 5 (0. 1~12) 年。室上性心动过速(SVT) 141 例;特发性室性心动过速( IVT) 7 例。结果:房室折返型心动过速(AVRT) 93 例,房室结折返型心动过速(AVNRT) 51 例,特发性室性心动过速( IVT) 7 例。RFCA 成功率93. 4 % ,其中AVRT左侧旁道、AVNRT成功率达97 %、96 %。复发11 例再次消融均成功。术后无 手术相关并发症。结论:RFCA 是治疗儿童及青少年快速性心律失常安全、有效方法。
Abstract:
AIM: To investigate the ratio of success and security on application of radiofrequency cather ablation (RFCA) on treatment of infant and youth rapid arrhythmia. METHODS: Of the 148 cases of patients treated by RFCA , age is 14. 1 ±2. 3 (6 ±18) ,with a history of 2. 6 ±2. 5 (0. 1 ±12) years ,including 141 cases of SVT ,7 cases of IVT. RESULTS : The cases of AVRT is 93 ,AVNRT is 51 ,IVT is 7. The success ratio of RFCA is 93. 4 %. The left byway in AVRT and AVNRT is 97 %. ,96 %. 11 recurrence are successful in melting. No complication after operation. CONCLUSION: RFCA is the secure and effective method on treatment of infant and youth rapid arrhythmia.
