目的:探讨冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY) 和高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP) 与冠状动脉病变支数的关系。方 法:选择在我院住院并进行冠状动脉造影的患者102 例,以冠状动脉造影未发现任何可辨认的斑块或狭窄者列入 对照组(43 例) ,将至少有一支血管狭窄≥50 %者列入冠心病组(59 例) ,并根据冠状动脉病变支数进一步分为单支 病变组(21 例) ,双支病变组(17) 和3 支病变组(21 例) 。冠状动脉造影前取静脉血待测HCY和hs2CRP。HCY检测 采用荧光衍生化后HLPC分离法。hs-CRP 检测以高敏感酶联免疫吸附试验定量检测。结果: 冠心病组的血浆HCY 和hs-CRP 水平显著高于对照组( P < 0. 01) 。除了单支病变组的hs-CRP 与对照组无显著差异外,其余冠状动脉病变 组的血浆HCY和hs-CRP 水平均高于对照组( P < 0. 05) 。血浆HCY与冠状动脉病变支数相关( r = 0. 448 , P < 0. 01) 。hs-CRP 与冠状动脉病变支数相关( r = 0. 350 , P < 0. 01) 。结论: 血浆HCY、hs-CRP 与冠状动脉病变程度呈正相 关。 关键词:
Abstract:
AIM: To investigate the correlation of elevated plasma homocystein (HCY) and concentration of high2sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) with the number of stenosed coronary vessel in CHD patients. METHODS : 102 subjects who underwent coronary angiography in our hospital were included in this study. Cases ( n = 59) with ≥50 % stenosis in at least one of the three coronary vessels were angiographically defined as having coronary heart disease (CHD) . While subjects ( n = 43) without stenosis in all the three coronary vessels were considered as controls. CHD cases were divided into single2vessel ( n = 21) , double2vessel ( n = 17) and triple-vessel group ( n = 21) . Plasma HCY and hs-CRP was measured before angiography in all subjects. Plasma HCY levels were measured using high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. High-sensitivity ELISA test was used to quatitatively detect plasma hs-CRP. RESULTS : Mean plasma HCY and hs-CRP level was significantly higher in CHD patients than in controls( P < 0. 01) . The number of stenosed coronary vessel was positively related to plasma HCYand hs2CRP level . CONCLUSION: Plasma HCY and hs2CRP level was correlated to extent of coronary artery culprit lesion.
