摘要:
目的:观察1 ,62二磷酸果糖(FDP) 治疗扩张性心肌病(DCM) 急性心力衰竭(心衰) 的疗效。方法:将62 例DCM 并发急性心衰患者随机分成FDP 组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗;FDP 组在对照组治疗基础上加用FDP 静脉滴 注(5 g ,每日2 次, 10 d) ,10 d 后观察心功能变化及用心脏二维超声测定心脏结构变化。结果:FDP 组DCM心衰患 者心功能纠正总有效率为97 %(30/ 31) ,明显优于对照组的81 %(25/ 31) ,超声测定的左室射血分数、心脏指数、每搏 量、左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径比治疗前好转,效果优于对照组。结论:FDP 对DCM急性心衰有明显的 疗效。
Abstract:
AIM:To study the curative effects of 1 ,6-FDP on acute heart failure caused by dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) . METHODS:62 DCM cases were divided into two groups :the control group :31 cases treated with conventional therapy and the FDP group : 31 cases ,treated with conventional therapy plus 1 ,6-FDP(5 g ,iv , bid , 10 days) . The changes in cardiac function were observed and cardiac function and changes in left ventricular morphology were investigated with ultrasonography before and after 10 days’treatment . RESULTS :The total rate of significant improvement of heart function in heart failure patient with DCM was 97 % , which was significantly higher than that in the control group (81 % ,25/ 31) . After 10 days’treatment , LVEF , CI ,SV , LVESd and LVEDd were significantly improved in the FDP group as compared with the control group. CONCLUSION:FDP has significant effects on heart failure caused by dilated cardiomyopathy.
