摘要:
目的:观察各种原因所致电张调整性T 波改变的临床表现和持续时间。方法:对显性预激射频消融后58例、特发性室性心动速终止后5 例及右室起搏(VVI) 恢复自主心律后26 例的进行动态心电图观察。结果:显性预激消融后26 例,特发性室性心动速终止后5 例及VVI 起搏恢复自主心律后22 例显示不同程度电张调整性T 波改变,前二者持续约1 周,后者持续约2 周,均未经治疗自动恢复正常。结论:电张调整性T 波改变是心肌正常的电生理特性,一般持续1~2 周自动恢复正常。
Abstract:
AIM:To study clinical characteristics of elect rotonic modulation of the T wave and it s duration in patient s with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome (WPW) , idiopathic vent ricular tachycardia ( IVT) ,right vent ricular pacing. METHODS: The elect rocardiogram( ECG) changes of 58 WPW patient s after radiof reqency ( RF) ablation ( Group1 ) , 5 IVT patient s after resuming sinus rhythm ( Group2) and 26 right vent ricular pacing patient s after converting into autonomous rhythm( Group3) were observed. RESULTS :Elect rotonic modulation of the T wave was found in 26 of the WPW cases (45 % ,26/ 58) , in the 5 IVT cases (100 % ,5/ 5) and in 22 of the 26 cases of right vent ricular pacing (85 % ,22/ 26) . The T wave change lasted about one week in Group1 ,Group2 , and about two weeks in Group3. The T wave change in all cases disappeared automatically without any t reatment . CONCLUSION:Elect rotonic modulation of the T wave is elect rophysiological characteristic of myocardium ,which last s one or two weeks and can disappear automatically.
