摘要:
目的 比较经桡动脉与股动脉途径经皮冠状动脉介入治疗冠状动脉复杂病变时间、治疗成功率和并发症。方法 回顾性对照分析近8个月来100例冠状动脉复杂病变介入治疗经桡动脉(A组50例),股动脉(B组50例)成功率及并发症。结果 两组患者手术成功率相似(94% vs 90%,P>0.05);经皮冠状动脉介入治疗总时间两组间差异无显著性(62±14与62±10 min,P>0.05)。但A组术后并发症显著低于B组。结论 经桡动脉途径与股动脉途径介入治疗冠状动脉复杂病变成功率相似,但前者术后并发症少。
Abstract:
AIM To compare the time and the successful rates of transradial artery (TRA) percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with transfemoral artery (TFA) access in patients with complex artery pathological changes. METHODS The 100 patients with complex pathological changes of coronary artery undergoing angioplasty were prospectively randomly into transradial artery access for primary PCI group (Group A,n=50)and transfemoral artery access for primary PCI group (Group B,n=50) coming close 8 monthes .The protocols of the manipulation duration and the effect as well the incidence of complications such as bleeding,vessel injury,thrombi and embolism of TRAPCI and TFAPCI procedures were compared respectively. RESULTS The successful rates were similar in TRAPCI and TFAPCI groups (94% vs 90%,P=0.71).There were no significant difference in the total time of PCI between the two groups (61±14 vs 62±10 min,P=0.79).The access artery complications in TFIPCI group were much more than in TRAPCI grous. CONCLUSION The duration and effect by TRAPCI were similar to those by TFAPCI in patients with Complex coronary artery pathological changes .The complications by TRAPCI were few, with benefit for the safety and efficicency of anticoagulation TRAPCI might be selected as a access vessel for PCI in patients with Complex coronary artery pathological changes.
