摘要:
目的 观察次声多次暴露后大鼠心肌细胞超微结构的变化,并分析其机制。方法 用8 Hz、90 dB的次声连续作用大鼠1、7、14、21和28 d,每天2 h, 使用透射电镜观察心肌细胞超微结构改变。结果 在次声暴露期间,与对照组比较,1 d无显著变化,7 d开始出现少数线粒体肿胀,14 d开始出现较多线粒体肿胀,21 d肌浆网扩张,28 d有血栓形成。结论 8 Hz、90 dB次声可引起心肌细胞超微结构的轻微变化,这些变化和次声暴露时间和量有关。
Abstract:
AIM To observe the changes in ultrastructure of rat myocardium. METHODS The rats were exposed to the infrasound with 8 Hz and 90 dB, for 1,7,14,21 and 28 d, 2 h daily, and the ultrastructure of rat myocardium were observed under the transmlssion electron microscope. RESULTS Changes in ultrastructure of myocardium were compared with those of the control groups. There were no significant changes in the 1 d group and dilated endoplasmic reticulum and swollen mitochondrias occasionally appeared in the 7 d group. In the 14 d group, there were relatively more swollen mitochondrias and in the 21 d group,more mitochondrias and dilated sarcoplasmic reticulum were observed. In the 28 d groups,even more swollen mitochondrias and dilate sarcoplasmic reticulum were seen. CONCLUSION Infrasound can damage the ultrastructure of myocardium, which were seen related with the time of infrasound exposare an appeared d the level of sound pressure.
