目的 研究不同持续时间有氧运动对女大学生心脏功能及血清免疫球蛋白含量的影响。方法 选取自愿参加的非体育专业女大学生45人,随机均分为对照组、60 min运动组和120 min运动组。运动组每周进行3次,共8周的有氧运动。分别测定运动前后安静心率、心功指数、血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)含量。结果 45名女大学生均按计划完成运动试验。两种不同持续时间的有氧运动均未影响安静心率,但均显著改善心功指数,且120 min组的改善效果显著优于60 min组(P<0.05)。60 min有氧运动仅可显著增加血清IgG含量(P<0.05),而120 min有氧运动对3种血清Ig均无明显影响。结论 两种不同持续时间的有氧运动均可改善心脏功能,且120 min运动的改善效果优于60 min运动。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the effects of different exerciseduration on cardiac functions and the level of serum immunoglobulins in female college students. METHODS 45 normal female college students were divided randomly into three groups: control (n=15), 60 min exercise group (n=15) and 120 min exercise group (n=15). Femal students in exercise groups were subjected to exercise proposal (three times per week, total 8 weeks). Rest heart rate, basic heart rate and serum immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, IgM) concentrations were measured. RESULTS All 45 female students successfully went through the exercise proposal. 60 min and 120 min exercise significantly enhanced cardiac functions as evidenced by improved heart index (P<0.05), but did not affect the rest and basic heart rates. Moreover, improvement of heart index in 120 min exercise is better than in 60 min exercise (P<0.05). Compared with control and 120 min exercise groups, 60 min exercise group significantly increases serum IgG level (P<0.05). However, both 60 min and 120 min exercise had no effects on the contents of IgA and IgM. CONCLUSION Two different duration of exercise may significantly improve cardiac functions, and 120 min exercise shows a better improvement than 60 min.
