摘要:
目的 探讨超滤在瓣膜置换术患者体外循环中应用的效果。方法 对113例瓣膜置换术患者在术中应用常规超滤,超滤在心内操作基本结束且机体开始复温时进行。结果 超滤后血细胞比容、血小板计数、血浆蛋白和纤维蛋白原浓度比超滤前显著提高(P<0.01),超滤后尿素氮和肌酐浓度比超滤前稍有降低,无统计学意义。结论 瓣膜置换术患者体外循环中应用超滤,可以减轻患者术后组织水肿,有利于术后的恢复。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the effect of ultrafiltration in cardiopulmonary bypass in valve replacement patients. METHODS Conventional ultrafiltration was performed in cardiopulmonary bypass in 113 valve replacement patients. During the rewarming period. RESULTS The hematocrit, blood platelets, plasma protein and fibrinogen in patients after ultrafiltration were significantly higher than those before ultrafiltration (P<0.01). The concentrations of BUN and Cr in patients after ultrafiltration were slightly lower than those before ultrafiltration, with no statistical significance (P>0.05). CONCLUSION The application of ultrafiltration in cariopulmonary bypass in valve replacement can decrease postoperative edema and is beneficial to the recovery of patients.
