摘要:
目的 应用速度向量成像(VVI)技术研究冠心病患者缺血心肌运动速度,初步评价VVI技术的应用价值。方法 对照组和冠心病组各20例,VVI技术检测心尖左室长轴切面左室后壁和前间隔基底、中部和心尖节段收缩期峰值速度(Vs)和舒张早期峰值速度(Ve),比较冠心病组和对照组之间各节段Vs、Ve的差异。结果 缺血节段Ve较对照组显著降低,个别节段Vs亦显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 VVI技术可用于对冠心病患者心肌缺血的评价。
Abstract:
AIM To study the changes of velocity in ischemic myocardium by velocity vector imaging (VVI) and to evaluate the application of VVI in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). METHODS Twenty patients with CAD(CAD group) and twenty healthy volunteers (control group)were included in the study. Anterior interventricular septum and posterior wall of left ventricle were divided into basal, mid and apical segments from apical left ventricle long axis view. Peak velocities during systole (Vs) and during relaxation (Ve) were measured by VVI. Vs and Ve of ischemic segments in CAD group were compared with those in control group. RESULTS Significant differences were found in Ve between ischemic segments and segments in control group. In a few ischemic segments, Vs decreased significantly compared with that in control group. CONCLUSION VVI is useful in evaluating myocardial ischemia.
